Today i met up with this darling sheep of mine. She shared with me so much things that she learnt during verizon camp that for a moment, i thought she was shepherding me! Yes, all the wonderful God-encounter that she experiences this camp. I listened attentively, noticing the passion and fire-burning within her as she shared her learnings. I don't think she'd mind if i share this via my blog! :)
Commitment is so important, then why is it humility comes first before commitment? The answer is simple! Simply before we can commit, we must be humble! How can we go infront of God and say "hey God, i want to commit"? Impossible! And when we're willing to commit, we must be willing to sacrifice, if not, how can God work through us? Hmm...And sacrificial boils down to our own personal relationship with Jesus! If we're so close to someone, if we love someone so much, how can it be possible that we're not willing to give up things that we love just for Him?
And her sharings goes on and on and on... One of my most fruitful shepherding this week! Thanks gal!
